What is the code used to concatenate word for Malayalam speech synthesizer

If I'm using Unicode there Is some swaraksharas(vowels) which Cannot be pronounced as sound file(eg :ീ, െ) which can be used along with consonants (eg:കീ).So I have to store words or this combination.But it will not work when using the program Corresponding to Unicode. Please help me to do this
