Unresolved Library Link within a library

I have a 3rd party library given to me, which contains blocks linked to other libraries.

The library and its sub libraries are all in the same directory.

When I place the top level block into my model, it complains it cannot resolve a sub level block. When I click on the unresolved block the button to locate the library is not there, how do I resolve this?
