Issue in Building GUI in Matlab

I have connected 34470A (DMM) to Matlab via the Visa protocol and can also control the measurements of the 34470A via Matlab. Now I want to prepare a GUI in Matlab to control the measurements from 34470A and display the results (in the form of plots in the GUI).

Which components should I select in the GUI to control my measurements?

How do I connect my code to control the 34470A with the GUI?
