Query regarding Embedded coder model-to-code generation

While using MATLAB embedded coder for model-to-code generation, however big a model is only one .c gets generated. If my model has 4 subsystems, I would like to view the code in 4 different functions but this does not happen. Is there any way to split the subsystems into different functions? Note: The subsystems are dependent on each other and not individual.
