delete variable from matfile problem

Hi:

however, I do not know how to make into use, looks it is not a matlab code. can anyone give me some suggestions?

It is C code. You would have to put it into a .c file and use mex to compile it. See https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/mex.html
