Running a FAST model of wind turbine, MATLAB stops working!

I am working on a benchmark model of 5MW wind turbine which is FAST (Fatigue, Aerodynamics, Structure and Turbulence) model and is supposed to be run in MATLAB 2009b. Everytime i try to run the model, MATLAB 2009b shuts down. Can anyone help resolve this issue?

do you use original matlab serial number? are your matlab files correct?
