what is the difference between the sampling time of simulink itself and sampling time of plant?

Hello Guys, As stated in my question I would like to know what is the difference between the sampling time of Simulink itself and the sampling time of plant and how to manipulate them? I would like to know as well about solver configuration and their meaning, algebraic loop as well, somehow lot of thing I don#t understand their role in the simulation but Iknow they are quite important for my model

Sampling time in Simulink depend on sample time of blocks (ex: sources, sinks...). The minimum of value is often using to do sample time of whole system.

Similarly, the sampling time of system in plant depend on the sample time is lowest of devices.
