Hi Gareth,
To quickly install the same support package on many computers that have the same version of MATLAB, try installing the "download only" version from the Add-On Explorer, just like in the picture below.

After downloading the installation files, the folder where the installation files are stored will open. Take a look at the "readme" file in this folder to see further instructions on how you can use this one folder to install the support package on as many computers as you would like.

Also, note that this is only an option for MATLAB R2016b and newer.

I choose download only,but download fails.I use matlab r2017a.
I use matlab2018a. I downloaded vgg16.mlpkginstall file, and tried to manually install it on a second computer, but that was not possible.
I then attempted to open the .mlpkginstall file with AddOnsProductInstaller, but I received the folllowing error: "Error finding Installer class. An exception occured while looking for class."
Any thoughts on how to fix things? Is that the right executable to install .mlpkginstall?

All those Answers don't provide correct solution for the given question.
The QUESTION was command line.
As an administrator I don't want to click something in a GUI. I want and need to configure a command.
While working with mpm works fine for several packages, others seems not supported: Support Package for Parrot Drones for example.
