How to draw a Plot "Fit of Equation"

I have an Excel sheet which contents data of "Strip Length (L) and Intensity (I)". Now I have to draw a PLOT which will show Intensity vs Stripe Length Plot and also show the value of 'g' for this equation. g= 1/L (ln((I/e)-1). How can I Draw the Plot using Excel and How can Fit the Equation?
