Synchronous Generator

I'm facing a problem in Simulink, whenever I connect a sychronous generator to a regular 3phase R-load and I measure the voltage and current using a 3 phase V-I measurement, the meter always reads voltage and the current output is always zero as if the R-load doesn't draw any power.

Anyone can help?!

Without a model is hard to point to a root cause. May be due to incorrect connection of the measurement block.
