Differences between "nntools" and "neural network fitting app"

What are the differences between "nntools" and "neural network fitting app"? If I do prediction using Backpropagation and GRNN, which tool I need to use?

'nntools' is an older GUI for neural networks comparing to 'nnstart' and the other GUIs featured in 'nnstart', such as the 'neural network fitting app'. These are more recent and therefore recommended.
