How we modeling PWM inverter with PI and PR current controllers with grid connection

sir, I am santosh, a student. actually i want to design grid connected solar system with current controllers. which controller is best suited for control the pwm inverter and plz send me the model of simulink diagram.

There is not such thing as the best controller. It all depends on specific requirements. For a starting point with grid connected solar PV systems check this example in Simscape Electrical:
