Not as far as I know. The goal of pseudo-code is to be understandable for people who aren't familiar with the specific language. It therefore depends on your intended audience what you need to generalize out of Matlab and what can stay in Matlab syntax. Generally, everybody who should be able to understand your pseudo-code should be able to understand your Matlab-code, provided you have written sufficient comments, and they know that Matlab indexes arrays from 1 instead of 0 (i.e. A(1) is the first element, not A(0), as in many other languages).
