Open in figure window error with title location when maximize

I'm using 2017b and the error keeps appearing. Since I'm using live editor in 2017a when I open a figure in window and maximize it the title location is totally wrong.

This only happens with commands like:

margin(), bode(),

and probably more commands but this doesn't happen with commands like plot or surf. Is the any way to fix this problem without using the code below?
