How to read folders one by one?

I have a code to read many files from one folder. Now I want to know how to read the same for next folder. the files inside the folder are same type. Folder names: Sample1, Sample2 and so on. Files inside Sample1: S_30_1.s1p, S_30_2.s1p and so on. similarly in Sample 2 folder: S_30_1.s1p,S_30_2.s1p and so on. If you open this file, you will come to know. I need to know how to set up loop to read sequence of folders?
