i am trying an edge based feature vector.I have to write a matlab code for extracting horizontal edge map,vertical edge map,+45 degree and -45 degree orientation edge maps using sobel.For +45 degree and -45 degree orientation how to set the threshold values.can u please help me on this.i am in need of the code or guidance for this method.
