Does MATLAB 2016a and onwards support PCIe-MXI connection with UHD 3.9.1 and above?

I am using MATLAB 2016a with UHD version 3.9.1 and I want to transmit from one USRP X310 connected with host PC to another USRP x310 which is connected to different host PC. For this, I intend to use the PCIe-MXI connection, but I wonder if PCI-e is supported by MATLAB 2016a with UHD version 3.9.1.
I shall be thankful as well to know if there is PCIe support available higher versions of MATLAB with updated UHD versions.
