how can i make this figure

this question for image analyst i want to make radar scope ppi on matlap because you say that "you man of few words" details: the line(antenna)rotate one revolution then back and so on i want to control on scope color (green or blue or whit ....) the input of these scope are two var. first is the rang and this var will be acquired from simulink file once rang has a value the antenna (line) draw 'x' mark on scope the problem that: 1- i can not know how i will rotate the line (i ask this question and you answer to me but answer was not effective) 2-how to interface simulink file with that gui 3- simulink operate at time inf as you can see the system more complex i work in these problem from 4 months and i can not achieve effective progress its look like i do not like matlab

Maybe you just don't like programming. =) Would you implement this quicker in other computer languages?
