add multidimensional array for the images

could anyone help me how to add multidimensional array for the attached images.
The images which I have attached was executed for the command "output_it(t,r,it)".
Please help me to solve this.

No image is attached. Even if it was, we still couldn't answer your question as you've not explained what add multidimensional array for an image mean. Give a small example of input and desired output, using matlab syntax please.
