I have made a Simulink model and have been able to upload it successfully on my Beaglebone Black. Now i want to run this model on my beagleboard without connecting it to my laptop, how should i proceed?

I have made a Simulink model and have been able to upload it successfully on my Beaglebone Black. Now i want to run this model on my Bagleboard such that it runs independently. Beagleboard should not be attached to my laptop, how should i proceed?

As shown in the image above, I plan to give my input through GPIO pins on the beaglebone and get a PWM output.
