Dear Sir or Madam,
I would like to know the mean of delay. Can I understand 1 bit delay, if both bit is A=[0 0 1 1 0] and B=[0 1 1 0 0]. I want to know because I can't get expected data when using align signals block and error rate calculation block in simulink. So, I think that align signals block don't work. Maybe I can't understand the mean of delay.
I'm glad if you let me know.
Sincerely,

Well, I think the reason you can not understand those blocks was because you can not supply Tx and Rx to Simulink. You misarranged them. I changed the way they work and now you see some result on Display blocks. Hope this helps. Let me know the results.
When you run the simulation, the mat file is automatically loaded but make sure they are in current directory of yours.

Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for your reply. I tried running simulation with your data in simulink. Display data shows '0 0 0'.

Change the sampling time in From Workspace blocks to 0.05 and please use the mat file that I have sent to you.
It shows values different than '0 0 0'.
