How can I send information from GUI to another Simulink Model? and How can I take results from that simulink model to GUI again?

I have a simulink model that have inverse kinematik block and simmechanics blok. I want to enter input angels and ı should send these angles to kinematik block. then this block solve this angle and will give three angle results. and ı should get these angles to GUI for print on GUI Sscreen and finally ı want to simulate m smulink model but ı dont know how ı will reach my model with GUI?
