Can I use ASIO driver with Mac?

I need to use a multichannel output (8 speakers) with an external soundcard and I would like to use ASIO for this. Can you use ASIO with Mac or just CoreAudio. I don't have the Audio Systems Toolbox just Dsp.AudioPlayer.
