That's what happens when I want to open a matlab file. What should I do?

At the moment it is not clear to me that you have MATLAB itself installed. I see you appear to have MATLAB Component Runtime (MCR) installed: that is a run-time library for use with pre-compiled MATLAB programs and is not enough to run MATLAB code.
