HDL Coder: Matlab stops working at code generation when generating high-level timing critical path report (Matlab 2015b)

Hello, I try to generate HDL code of a quite complex model for my Zynq. The code generation itself works and I can generate the bitstream for my target. Now I am interested in the “high-level timing critical path report” to compare the design with another. But when I check the checkbox “generate high-level timing critical path report” Matlab stops working at code generation after a while. (Windows error massage popup and force me to close Matlab). What could be the source for this problem?
