K-means clustering KDDcup99 data set error

Hi Dears, I use idx = kmeans(kddcup,5); for kmeans clustering 145586 records whit 41 features of kddcup91 10% subset database, but MATLAB r2017a say this Error: Kmeans cannot accept complex data!
i dont know what to do?? please help me i want this for my master Theses and i am beginner in matlab coding thank you
