Running Matlab from system account

I'm trying to set up Matlab to run using the system account on a windows 2012 server. However, I can't figure out how to make sure the path is set and a javaclasspath is executed properly. I'm using -useStartupFolderPref, and that doesn't work. Any guidance?

I also get this error: Warning: Unable to locate a personal folder for $documents\MATLAB

I presume, since the system account doesn't have a home folder.

ML is licensed for this single computer.
