Hierarcical Clustering using data from multiple 2D matrices

Hi all,

what I am trying to do is to conduct some cluster analysis using radar data. So let's say that I have three vertical scans (RHIs) and each one is for a different parameter (e.g. ZH, ZDR, KDP), but for the same time. What I found up to now is that I may need to merge these three matrices into a 3d matrix. However, I am not sure how I could do hierarchical clustering on a 3d matrix. Can anyone help me please?
