Is it possible to do a relative path for Polyspace on Linux?

I know it's possible on windows if I set the path to a drive that I have mapped to another folder. But we're looking to use a subversion file to synchronize easily between multiple users that don't necessarily all have access to ROOT and would like to all use the same folder structure.
