read and write a DICOM file format

hi everyone

when I want to read a DICOM file format, and I want to write the data into another DICOM format, some errors is occured.

note:

I have tried the following example (found im MatLab help)

    X = dicomread('CT-MONO2-16-ankle.dcm');
     dicomwrite(X, 'sc_file.dcm');

when I try dicomwrite command the error is occur

please tell me the reason
