I have downloaded the code containing some .CPP files. However when I compile it using mex compiler VC, it is giving an error as LINK : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol mexFunction C:\Users\Debashis\AppData\Local\Temp\mex_PMSOHs\templib.x : fatal error LNK1120: 1 unresolved externals

C:\PROGRA~1\MATLAB\R2013A\BIN\MEX.PL: Error: Link of 'segment.mexw32' failed.

Is this code written as a mex routine? Or is it just some code you tried to compile with the mex command? Currently, the error is simply telling you that there is no gateway mexFunction in the code, so it is not a proper mex function. Maybe you are missing some files?
