Genetic - Fuzzy Initial Generations

Hello Every one

I connected a genetic algorithm with Fuzzy on electrical simulation and it worked beautiful

but when I increase the reference speed the Initial generations becomes too bad and don't achieve the target

How to generate first generation or download fuzzy files from website so that it becomes first generations

hint : I can't use random or extended the number of generations .... it cost a lot of time

1 simulation with .2 sec running simulation = 100 sec matlab running
