Multiple I2C devices with Simulink

I have two sensors with the same fixed address, is there any way I can communicate with both using the I2C blocks in Simulink? I am using an Arduino Due that has two SDA/SCL ports. I know that this is doable in the Arduino IDE, but I'm not sure how to do it using Simulink.

What sensor do you use? Most time you can switch between 2 fixed adresses.
