Exporting a graph to GUI from a multicompare tool

Hello I'm trying to add a graph to a GUI file, but I'm having some troubles. The Graph is generated automatically by multcompare function, but I want to put it in a particular space in the GUI, and I can't do that because I don't know how to call the graph to the GUI. Anyone can send me some tips? Thanks in advance
