dsPIC physionet ecg data

Hi, I'm currently doin a biomedical project for which I need to use DWT for feature extraction..Can anyone tell me how can i provide ECG data to this block in tandem with Kerhuel's Simulink model and generate the hex file which can be burnt to the dsPIC.
