Generate equation of second order polynomial with two variables in MATLAB

Hi all, kindly see the image , i need to generate and plot the equation.the problem is when i try this on matlab it gives continuous error.can anyone help me for that ?

the dependent variable is m-mass flow rate . independent variables are T-temperature and P-pressure . . both variables can be considered as second order ... thanks
