Why do I get an error when trying to access Yahoo using the Datafeed Toolbox?

Why do I get an error when trying to access Yahoo using the Datafeed Toolbox? The error displayed is as follows:

 

The "https:/ichart.yahoo.com" is unavailable and an error message is being thrown to report failure to fetch data.
