How do I reset my password

I am currently a uni student trying to access Matlab. I have already setup my account, however I have not downloaded the application. I recently forgot my password and when sent the email to rest my password, it reads "You requested a password reset for an email address that is not associated with a MathWorks Account. If you would like to create a MathWorks Account now, go to Create Account."

I already have an account but I clicked Create Account anyway and it logs me into my Matlab account. This does not allow me to reset my password and now I cannot download Matlab at all. I cannot make another account as this is run under my university which I have already used my name and id for.
