Convert binary csv to ASCII

Hi there,

I've recorded a couple of binary signals of an RS232 with an oscilliscope and saved it in a .csv. How can I convert this signal into a readable ASCII string using Matlab?

I just added the csv. and a screenshot of the osci.

The CVS is human readable already. What is your problem?
