How to plot a 3D matrix?

Hi, I have a 3D array of data that I need to plot in an x,y,z coordinate system. The data has 3 groups. Each group is represented by a 6*3 matrix. Each matrix is associated to a value that is represented by the y axis. Each column of the matrix is associated to a value that is shown in the x axis. The values of the matrix entries will be presented in the z axis. Is there any good way to solve this problem?
