How to create a memory cell in Simulink?

Hello guys. I really need your help with my Simulink project at school. I am planning to create a memory cell which gets the input signal and after this it is considered to be constant all the time until the moment when some control signal comes to the memory, erases the value in the memory cell and writes down the current one. Then the new signal is considered constant and cycle is repeated.
