How can I implement Non-linear SVM using RBF (Radial Basis-Function) in this data?

Since this is my skeleton code of linear SVM, and I only change kernel function into gaussian function to change this code into nonlinear SVM. But the result is only a straight graph. Could you guys help me where I should change?
