generate square wave with random amplitude

hi I'm working now in system identification ,and i want to generate a square signal u(t) with random amplitude and Average value u=0;like this image

1. What sampling rate do you want the signal to have?
2. What is the frequency of amplitude transitions?
3. What is the probability distribution of the amplitude values?
