power spectral density of the lengthy signal

EMG signal of my database are of .txt format, contains 200000 samples each.below i have attached a sample file..there are many methods to plot psd like pwlech, periodogram etc. "My doubt is which code can i use to plot and calculate Average Power spectral Density of my signal in frequency domain"
