HOW TO WRITE REAL TIME VALUES DURING SIMULATION TO WORKSPACE EVERY 1 MINUTE ?

I have a water plant model using simulink, my description is under desktop real time, I want to obtain the values of many parameters such as volume, pressure etc which needed to get updated at the same time, when simulink model is running and it needs to update every 1 minute, I used set_param('tank_new','SimulationCommand','WriteDataLogs'); but it can only give me results once during whole simulation, and looping also not working, looking forward to solutions thanks in advance.
