Convert decimal to hex in a table

I have a table similar to shown below, how can I convert everything in the table from decimal to hex.

>> dec2hex([13 232 4 43])

How to reshape hexa to 2*2
or if i have 256 hexa how to convert it to 16*16

ans =
'1010'
>> dec2hex(256)
ans =
'100'
