Equation Solution to Graph

I need to plot the numerical solution of the following equation; </matlabcentral/answers/uploaded_files/73272/image2.JPG>

Considering following values of variables in the given equation; Sigma(m)=5, df=39, k=500.

According to the given literature the solution is plotted on three axis (x,y,z) which is shown below; </matlabcentral/answers/uploaded_files/73273/image1.JPG>

I tried to do this by myself on MATLAB Simulink, but I could not get the result, surely because of errors in my structure. I have attached image of my numerical structure with markings to make it easy to understand.

Please guide me on correcting this to get the same solution (graph) as I have shown in the image above.Thank you
