Excel link not included in update

I just upgraged to 2017a and most of my toolboxes were updated, but the exlink wasn't there. Now, when I try to launch MATLAB from Excel, it launches the correct version, but then closes it right away and gives an error that I don't have the proper license. Do I need to buy the exlink toolbox again?
