Hello, I have installed the generic driver for the Picoscope 2000 add-on, to use it with Test & Measurement Tool. It shows under MATLAB Instrument Drivers; I right click on the listed generic driver, and from the context menu I clicked on ... Create Device Object Using Driver... the pop-up window shows the driver name and a resource drop-down select box with an scan button, I clicked scan button ... shows nothing listed (picoscope is plugged in), I clicked on OK button a pop-up window shows Object Creation Error message: ... Operation failed: An error occurred while executing the driver disconnect code. Struct contents reference from a non-struct array object. If this error is not an instrument error, use MIDEDIT to inspect the driver...I tested communication and functionality Picoscope's Software, works very well. I used Python to communicate and control the unit and it works well also.
My system is Linux Mint 18.1, 64-bit. MATLAB student version R2016b. Picoscope 2204A.
Any help/advice to make MATLAB connect with picoscope will be appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi Rafael,
Its possible that the paths might not be setup correctly so you will have to run the PS2000Config.m script.
If you have installed the files via the MATLAB Add-Ons Explorer, then the paths should already be set.
