can Matlab R2016a integrated with ITK Snap tool?

Hi, I am using Matlab R2016a.I am using ITK-snap tool to perform clustering of a MRI brain image which is in .mha format.Now i want to read the clustered output in matlab.Is there any way to do it?

Define what you mean by "integrated".

I find reference to people invoking ITK-snap by using system() to run the executable.

I find http://matlab-code.org/itk-snap-projects/ . However, when I look at that site, I am reminded that there are sites on the Internet which are more or less devoted to academic cheating, and I worry that might be one of them.
